Economy In The Toilet, Here Is Why! Is the economy ever going to get better?  They say not for three to
five years. Some of the reasons why are: 1.  The Adjustable Rate Mortgage.  The first down turn of the housing
market was about three years ago because of the ARM loans. The ARM
loans were set up where the first five years of the loan would be at
lower interest rate. This caused people to buy homes that were
actually out of their price range. They figured that in five years
they would be making enough money to afford the new higher interest
rate. At that point they could choose to make the higher payments, or
sell and capitalize on the equity. The housing prices dropped, and
most people have had their wages frozen or have lost their job. This
is what is causing the stream of foreclosures. 2.  Commercial Real Estate.  Many investors own apartments, which is a
great monthly income for them. But with the economy the way it is,
30 per cent of the apartment rentals are vacant. Owners have had to drop the
rental rates in order to get their units occupied. This has caused
their rental income to be lower than their mortgage payments and
upkeep on their apartment buildings. 3.  States Going Bankrupt.   The government has already bailed out
California once, and now they are going bankrupt anyway. They are
trying to get Marijuana legalized so they can survive off the taxes
from  it. More and more people are still loosing their jobs and the
housing market is not getting any better. States all over are loosing
a lot of tax revenue and it is only getting worse. 4.  Government Bail Out.  There is no more money left to bail out
banks or any other businesses.  The government is already in over 7
trillion dollars in debt. There has not been enough gold to cover our
currency in years. Our President has already spent more money than any
other President in office. Continuing to spend money this way will
only put more burden on generation X, which is more than they should
have to endure. The way things are looking, the worst is yet to come! All of these
things listed here are just government problems, if we stop listening
to and depending on the government we would be a lot better off. Get a
business of your own, an internet marketing business that is world
wide. The Economy is not going down the toilet all over the World.
There is no recession on the world wide web. There are still people
out there that have money and are looking to invest in a legitimate
internet marketing business. A lot of people are making millions on
the web right now during this recession. With an internet marketing
